PC Support for local customers (in the UK Surrey/Outer London areas) will include my driving to your home or office, diagnosing the fault and then suggesting an appropriate fix or solution, depending on complexity. For customers further afield, I can do a site visit upon agreement and will support remotely using specific remote technologies.
I am skilled in PC Tuition as have led many classes and courses for web development and PC analysis at previous organisations, so would explain in clear to understand detail just how to fix and improve your PC.
Working mainly with Microsoft Windows 10 (though I have used DOS, Linux, Win 3.0 to Win 7 and Mac), I can provide upgrades and performance enhancements as required and will suggest what you need as we go along. Additionally, I work with hardware and peripherals so can easily upgrade your desktop or laptop to a newer Solid State Drive, increase memory or RAM and related tools.
Finally, in these COVID-19 times, I provide remote support, often using Microsoft-specific consoles and technology to repair your PC remotely, where possible. I operate a ‘no fix, no fee’ policy and the usual charge is £25 per hour including travel, where applicable.
